We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective or were damaged during transit. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • For Books: Significant printing errors (missing pages, misaligned text) or structural damage (torn covers/pages) occurring before or during delivery.

  • For Loose Leaf Tea: Compromised packaging seals upon arrival or foreign objects within the blend.

3. How to Initiate a Return
